OUR 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Our accomplishments have been extraordinary during this 10 year period. Our 4 full time paid staff members, a few paid part time workers, along with a handful of committed and dedicated volunteers and foster care folks have all contributed to making a huge difference in the lives of so many animals.

Here is what has been accomplished:

* 120 vaccinations clinics (held 1 Sunday a month for the past 10 years)
* 70,000 spay and neuter surgeries at our clinic location
* 14,000 spay and neuter surgeries through our mobile spay and neuter program and Woodstock North – spay and neuter initiative program, servicing Kentuckiana and surrounding areas (these programs began in September 2000)

Counties we have served in KY through our mobile program:
Clark, Gallatin, Grant, Powell, Letcher, Hardin, Oldham, Henry, Trimble, Shelby, Spencer, Scott, Madison, Woodford, Casey, Jefferson, Lincoln, Boyle, Carroll, Bullitt, Lawrenceburg, Mercer, Pulaski and the list is growing all the time.

* 8,000 adoptions through our rescue and adoption program. We have 100% placement for every pet that has come into our program. If a pet that we adopted can no longer stay in that home, we take them back into our program and re-home them again. 20% of the pets that have come to us have been injured or ill and through our committed sponsorship program their medical care has been covered and we were able to get these pets the care they needed.

Those who participate in our foster care and volunteers programs are folks from all walks of life. Their commitment and dedication to the animals and our mission is extraordinary. We are indebted to their compassion and kindness and generosity forever! We are always looking for more folks willing to help.
